York Engineering Services, Inc. is a multi-service professional design firm founded in 1981 providing a wide range of consulting services in the disciplines of Civil and Structural Engineering along with Surveying Services.
Fulfilling the clients needs is our first and only priority. This is accomplished by the successful implementation of a working philosophy that makes us unique.
Our Project Managers in each discipline are committed to providing the personalized service our clients expect and deserve. Each manager is professionally registered in his respective field of expertise. The Project Manager will coordinate all work of our Project Engineers, Design Engineers and
CAD Technicians from the initial planning stages through final construction to maintain consistency and to provide a knowledgeable liaison to the client.
The advantages are clear; our individual attention to projects combined with our supporting resources and production capabilities of our firm as a whole will produce the most efficient, accurate and complete design at a minimum of cost and time.
YORK'S WORKING PHILOSOPHY FOR A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT:
Ongoing Communication throughout the entire design and construction process involving the client, consultation, reviewing agencies and any other participating entities to assure complete understanding of the goals and objectives concerning each project.
Cost Effectiveness and adherence to budget in respect to the total scope of work. We review every phase to present the most
cost-effective approach to the client. York's experience has proven that innovative analysis of design alternatives for specific aspects of each project will maximize the client's profitability.
On Time project completion while maintaining On Budget responsibility.
Sensitivity to Client's Priorities such as scheduling, aesthetics, economics, operability and thoroughness.
FEES & CONTRACTS
The Civil and Structural Engineering Services outlined herein are usually necessary to accomplish most
residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional development projects. Fee proposals for these services can be made in various forms: lump sum, percentage,
complete unit cost per square foot or standard hourly rates (SHR).
