Hillcrest Village, Denver, CO

Hillcrest Village; Denver, Colorado-Structural engineering for a three-story multi-family project with a below grade parking garage.  Construction included wood roof trusses; wood floor trusses; steel beam and concrete composite first floor structure over the parking garage with spread footing foundation systems.  The roof trusses were built with mechanical equipment, flat area in the center.  There were two elevators and a two-story atrium space on the first level.
