Construction consisted of a pre-manufactured building with CMU walls, a storage mezzanine using steel floor joists, a poured-in-place foundation system with spread footings. |

Waner Office Building; Highlands Ranch, Colorado-Structural engineering for a single story, approximately 8,000 sq office and warehouse structure. Offices were located in the front area and the warehouses in the back. Construction consisted of masonry bearing walls, steel roof joists, wide flanged steel beams, headers over window openings as well as large garage doors openings and a drilled pier foundation system. The structure had a ballasted roof and mechanical equipment screens. |
