Die-Cut Technologies; Northglenn, Colorado-Civil structural engineering for an approximately 12,000-sq office and warehouse facility. The office space was a two story system and the adjoining warehouses were a single story high ceiling structure. The shell was a pre-manufactured building with CMU in-fill walls designed for vertical load bearing in a couple of locations and lateral load bearing all the way around. A dock was installed with the slab-on-grade, and drilled pier foundation system. |

Also included were masonry dividing walls between clean room/hospital areas and kennel areas. |
