Park Centre Phase I & II; Westminster, Colorado-Client, Schaeffer Gayeski: Site engineering and development of various office/retail buildings center located on a 22-acre parcel.

Federal Fruit; two office/warehouse structures located in Denver and Colorado Springs for a major wholesale fruit company.  Project consisted of site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, erosion control, detention analysis and full surveying for each individual site location.  Both food warehouses include special provisions for cooling and misting rooms as well as a major transportation facilities for loading and unloading of produce.  Both projects are currently completed and occupied and in full operation.

Pinery Shopping Center; 45,000-sf shopping center complex located in southeast Denver, CO consisting of a convenience service station, drive-thru bank and shopping mall arranged on the corner of a major intersection.  York Engineering provided the entire site engineering and surveying services for this project including improvements to the adjacent public streets and highways and offsite utility extensions.

Yorkshire Village; 68 unit residential project of attached townhomes, located in Thornton, Colorado. York Engineering provided the site engineering services including the design of grading, drainage, utilities, erosion control and approvals for this project.  The project was completed in 2001 and is currently fully occupied.
