Mrs. Amann began her engineering career as a Project Engineer, immediately assuming the leadership of a design team when her previous company’s management abruptly resigned.  This experience gave Wendy the ability to work well with any team designing a project, as well as meeting the clients requirements in an original and timely manner.  Wendy has designed various structures for the building renaissance in Central City and Black Hawk, Colorado, as well as specific churches, schools, warehouse facilities, and many residential projects.  For the past 16-years, she has demonstrated tremendous flexibility and willingness to work with field personnel to facilitate the construction process.  Her personal attention to every client assures the successful completion of the project for everyone involved.


CHERISSA LAMBERT
Vice President
Structural CAD Designer/Manager

Mrs. Lambert brings 11 years of CAD experience, with 9 years in structural CAD design, to the structural department.  She also has excellent computer skills with an avid interest to utilize the software to the utmost in order to produce high quality as well as efficient drawings.  Mrs. Lambert is well versed in field procedures and therefore has an excellent rapport with both contractors and owners.  Her experience is varied with both structural and civil disciplines to compliment any design team.

In addition to the structural design, Mrs. Lambert also works with the company financials and the day to day duties required to keep the company as a whole operational.


KEN N. ARMFIELD, P.E.
Civil Project Manager

Mr. Armfield is a civil engineer with a broad range of experience in civil and drainage engineering projects, encompassing design, project management and construction. His technical experience spans the course of 18 years and includes land development and infrastructure engineering for commercial, municipal, and residential projects along the Front Range.

Specifically his land development work has involved site plan development, project management, drainage analysis and drainage system design, utilities design, and roadway design, as well as resident engineering and construction inspection for all phases of non-vertical land development.

Mr. Armfield has a substantial background in drainage and floodplain engineering. This work includes master planning and final drainage designs for commercial and residential developments up to 300 acres. His experience also includes floodplain analysis and channel improvements, including floodplain development permits and FEMA CLOMR/LOMR work to allow development of land previously in floodplains.

Mr. Armfield's wide range of engineering expertise coupled with many years of project management experience provide the resources for developing efficient project solutions for our clients in a timely and cost effective manner.
