Structural Project Engineer
Mrs.
Amann began her engineering career as a Project Engineer, immediately
assuming the leadership of a design team when her previous company’s
management abruptly resigned. This experience gave Wendy the ability to
work well with any team designing a project, as well as meeting the
clients requirements in an original and timely manner. Wendy has designed
various structures for the building renaissance in Central City and Black
Hawk, Colorado, as well as specific churches, schools, warehouse
facilities, and many residential projects. For the past 16-years,
she has demonstrated tremendous flexibility and willingness to work with
field personnel to facilitate the construction process. Her personal
attention to every client assures the successful completion of the project
for everyone involved.
CHERISSA LAMBERT
Vice President
Structural CAD Designer/Manager
Mrs.
Lambert brings 11 years of CAD experience, with 9 years in
structural CAD design, to the structural department. She also has
excellent computer skills with an avid interest to utilize the software to
the utmost in order to produce high quality as well as efficient drawings.
Mrs. Lambert is well versed in field procedures and therefore has an
excellent rapport with both contractors and owners. Her experience
is varied with both structural and civil disciplines to compliment any
design team.
In
addition to the structural design, Mrs. Lambert also works with the
company financials and the day to day duties required to keep the company
as a whole operational.
JERRY J.
YORK, P.E.
Director of
Engineering
Mr.
York has designed structural and civil systems for many
industrial and commercial projects, as well as residential, using
state-of-the-art technologies. He has extensive experience in working
with clients that require engineering investigation and design services.
His talents in handling this type of assignment are one of the keys to the
establishment and longevity of his private practice. His ability to take
new technologies and apply them to practical problems is best illustrated
by his design of a long span arena roof that can be floated to the side
during good weather by flooding two channels and pushing the entire roof
structure over.
BRAD E. EATON, P.E.
Civil Project Manager
Mr.
Eaton is a civil engineer with a broad range of experience in civil and
environmental engineering project, encompassing design, project management
and construction. His technical experience spans the course o over twenty
five years and includes land development and infrastructure engineering
for commercial, industrial and residential projects along the Front Range.
Specifically his land development work has involved site plan development,
drainage analysis and system design, utilities design, as well as roadway
and access design. In addition, Mr. Eaton has a substantial background in
hydraulics with an emphasis on water distribution for both pipe networks
and open channel systems, including many years designing and building
automated pumping systems for a variety of civil engineering based
applications. That knowledge base is further augmented by substantial
experience in water and wastewater treatment along with regulatory
compliance experience associated with all aspects of civil and
environmental based projects.
Mr. Eaton's wide range of engineering expertise coupled with many
years of project management experience provide the resources for
developing efficient project solutions for our clients in a timely and
cost effective manner.
